Requirements, Qualifications and Skills

• 10 years’ experience with reputed hospitality brands and a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in international star class hotels overseas.

• Batchelor’s degree in engineering or related field. MBA would be an added advantage.

• In-depth knowledge and understanding of construction procedures, material and project management principals.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Leadership to manage diverse group of professionals working on projects.

• Ability to work independently with positive attitude in team environment.

About the Role As the Engineering Manager at Radisson Blu Galle Sri Lanka, you will be the cornerstone of our property’s operational excellence. We are looking for a proactive leader who balances technical expertise with a guest-first mindset. In this role, you will oversee all maintenance operations—from mechanical and electrical systems to physical grounds—ensuring that every facility functions at peak efficiency. You will lead and mentor a skilled engineering team, managing work orders and specialized projects to guarantee that our physical environment consistently exceeds safety codes and guest expectations.
