Supply Chain Emerging Talent Program – Overview
The Supply Chain Emerging Talent Program is designed to support and develop recent graduates through meaningful, career-defining experiences. Graduates of this program gain the skills, exposure, and confidence needed to contribute innovative ideas and drive future success across the organization.
This structured two-year program typically begins in January or July (with some flexibility) and combines rotational assignments across key Supply Chain functions with formal classroom learning. Participants also work on real-world projects that strengthen both leadership capability and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
As part of the Emerging Talent Program, you will:

Complete varied rotational assignments across manufacturing, sourcing, materials management, logistics, quality, process improvement, HSE, and service operations

Take part in a structured development framework that includes coaching, mentoring, and hands-on, on-the-job learning
-
Participate in an extensive supply chain training curriculum, including certifications such as LEAN Six Sigma, APICS, and core Supply Chain processes
-
Collaborate and network across global and cross-functional teams, contributing to program initiatives and peer-led projects

Address complex business challenges as part of cross-functional, mission-driven teams
Qualifications and Experience
To succeed in this role, you will bring:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related discipline from an accredited institution

No more than three years of professional experience after completing your degree
-
A minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent
-
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
-
Willingness and ability to relocate, as program locations may vary
-
A clear interest and demonstrated enthusiasm for supply chain operations
-
Legal authorization to work in the country of application without sponsorship or time limitations
