Job Title: Director of Sales and Distribution

Role Overview
The Director of Sales and Distribution leads commercial strategy, revenue growth, and market positioning for a luxury hospitality environment, with a strong focus on corporate sales and distribution performance across the UAE and GCC.

Key Responsibilities & Experience Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in hospitality commercial functions, including a minimum of 5 years within UAE-based 5-star luxury hotels.

• Demonstrated success over at least three consecutive years in meeting or surpassing revenue goals across corporate sales and distribution segments.

• Extensive corporate sales expertise, managing UAE/GCC multinational clients, TMCs, and global travel partners.

• In-depth understanding of distribution channels including brand.com, GDS, OTA/IDS, and metasearch platforms, with a strong grasp of rate parity and content optimization.

• Proven capability in negotiation, dynamic pricing strategies, and RFP processes for key corporate accounts.

• Strong awareness of UAE hospitality market dynamics, seasonality, and regulatory requirements such as VAT, PDPL, and tourism compliance.

• Ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams while collaborating effectively across departments.
