This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad/Chennai for a Deputy Team Lead. The Deputy Team Lead will oversee project planning and execution, coordinate with team members for efficient delivery, and ensure compliance with safety standards and quality protocols. Responsibilities include monitoring project progress, generating reports, and supporting team members in managing work schedules and resolving challenges in the field. The Deputy Team Lead plays a critical role in maintaining technical excellence and timely project delivery.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

M.Tech in Civil Engineering,

5+ years of relevant experience in Functional & Structural Evaluation of Pavements.

Experience in Handling Projects of all types independently will be an added advantage.

Leadership Skills.

Proficiency in English and Hindi
