• AI & Automation: Lead the implementation of AI-augmented tools to streamline internal software development and data management processes.

• Team Management: Mentor a high-performing team of 15+, fostering a culture of continuous learning and “skills-first” professional development.

• Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary technical point of contact for regional leadership and global clients, ensuring project delivery aligns with ROI targets.

• Compliance: Oversee strict adherence to international cybersecurity standards and local data protection regulations.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s or professional Charter preferred).

• Experience: 5+ years of managerial experience within the Sri Lankan or global IT sector.

• Skills: Proficiency in DevOps, Cloud Architecture, and AI prompt engineering.

• Communication: Exceptional English proficiency, suited for a global corporate environment.
