Job description
**Responsibilities**
– Developing and implementing departmental policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
– Coordinating with upper management to develop budgets and funding plans for projects
– Training new hires on company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with standards
– Overseeing the work of staff members to ensure that they are performing their duties in accordance with company standards
– Assigning tasks and projects to subordinates based on their job descriptions and experience levels
– Reviewing staff performance to ensure that employees are meeting their job requirements
– Interviewing and hiring new staff members when needed to replace those who are leaving the company or have been terminated
– Conducting performance evaluations with employees to review their progress and help them improve skills where needed

Ability to commute/relocate:
– Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
License/Certification:
