Job Title: Collection Executive

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000 per month

Working Days & Shift:
• Monday to Saturday
• 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Description:

We are looking for a Collection Executive to handle customer follow-ups and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments. The role involves interacting with customers over calls and maintaining proper collection records.

Key Responsibilities:
• Follow up with customers for pending payments via calls
• Maintain accurate records of collections and customer interactions
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers
• Resolve customer queries related to payments
• Meet daily/weekly collection targets

Requirements:
• Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/records maintenance
• Ability to handle customer conversations professionally
• Willingness to work in a target-oriented environment
• Freshers are welcome to apply
