Requirements, Qualifications and Skills

Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service to address client inquiries effectively

Skills in Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on ensuring positive client experiences and outcomes

Experience in Online Support to assist customers via chat, email, or other digital platforms

Technical Support skills to troubleshoot and resolve client-related issues efficiently

Fluency in Thai and English, both written and spoken

Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Colombo

Prior experience in customer service or support roles is an advantage
About the Role
As a Customer Support Executive focusing on the Thai market, you will be the primary voice for our Thai-speaking clientele in Colombo. This full-time, on-site position tasks you with managing multi-channel inquiries, resolving technical issues, and maintaining the high standard of satisfaction that defines our brand. You will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless, supportive experience for every user you interact with.
