About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive (Filipino/Tagalog Speaking) to join our on-site team in Colombo. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand for our Tagalog-speaking users, tackling technical hurdles and resolving inquiries with a focus on seamless service. You’ll work closely with a collaborative team to ensure every interaction translates into a positive experience, maintaining high standards of satisfaction through our digital support channels.
Qualifications

Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service to assist and engage clients effectively

Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Online Support to ensure positive client experiences

Technical Support skills to address and resolve customer technical inquiries or issues

Fluency in Filipino/Tagalog and English is required

Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, on-site team environment

Prior experience in customer service roles is an advantage

Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
