About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive (Filipino/Tagalog Speaking) to join our on-site team in Colombo. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand for our Tagalog-speaking users, tackling technical hurdles and resolving inquiries with a focus on seamless service. You’ll work closely with a collaborative team to ensure every interaction translates into a positive experience, maintaining high standards of satisfaction through our digital support channels.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service to assist and engage clients effectively

  • Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Online Support to ensure positive client experiences

  • Technical Support skills to address and resolve customer technical inquiries or issues

  • Fluency in Filipino/Tagalog and English is required

  • Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, on-site team environment

  • Prior experience in customer service roles is an advantage

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
