We are looking for a dynamic and confident Russian-speaking Customer Service / SalesAgent to join our growing team. If you have strong communication skills, excellent customer-handling abilities, and a passion for sales, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with Russian-speaking customers.
• Assist clients with inquiries, product details, and service information.
• Convert leads into sales through effective communication.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on pending deals.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer service flow.
• Provide daily reports and updates to management.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years experience here in UAE.
• Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, professional behavior, and ability to work under pressure.
• Availability to join immediately is an advantage.
