Customer Service Representative – Call Centre | Colombo, Sri Lanka
Are you a natural communicator with a passion for problem-solving? We are looking for a vibrant Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced Call Centre team in the heart of Colombo. In this role, you won’t just be answering phones; you’ll be the voice of our brand, turning everyday inquiries into exceptional experiences.
What You’ll Do

Engage & Assist: Manage high-volume inbound calls, addressing customer concerns with empathy and precision.

Solve Problems: Navigate complex queries regarding products and services, providing “first call” resolutions whenever possible.

Maintain Records: Accurately document interactions in our CRM to ensure seamless follow-up and service continuity.

Grow the Brand: Identify opportunities to educate customers on new features that add value to their lives.
