We are looking for a vibrant individual to join our growing Customer Service team in Colombo, where you’ll use your unique personality to help travelers explore the world responsibly.
Requirements, Qualifications and Skills

Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service, ideally telephone/ Live Chat and/ or Web-based.

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).

Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide professional advice to a wide customer base.

High level of accuracy and effective time management skills.

Travel industry course and/or experience within the travel industry preferred.

Well-versed with computer-based booking systems.
About the Role
In this role, you will serve as the face of our brand, acting as the primary point of contact for global customers via Live Chat. You will guide travelers through their decision-making process, handle web bookings, and provide comprehensive support from pre-departure to post-trip. Based in our Colombo office with a hybrid work model, you will play a key role in a 24/7 rostered team, ensuring that every travel agent and direct customer receives an efficient, professional, and world-class booking experience.
