We are seeking a motivated and proactive Credit Control professional to join our Riyadh team. This role ensures that credit risk is managed effectively, repayments are received on time, losses are minimized, and arrears are collected efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Partnering
-
Attend business meetings to gain insights into unit performance and related topics.

Provide credit management expertise and guidance as needed.

Ensure collection strategies and dispute management processes are complete and accurate for relevant business lines.
Invoicing, Credit Management, Collections & Cash Application

Approve new accounts, orders, and contract applications in line with credit policies.

Develop, maintain, and support the collection strategy and dispute management routing; train relevant teams across the organization.

Resolve complex collection cases and support teams in challenging scenarios.

Analyze disputes and queries to identify root causes and implement corrective actions in collaboration with BPO partners.

Oversee customer invoicing, credit requests, cancellations, and rebill processes end-to-end.

Coordinate with CS&A and inbound teams to manage customer-related collection activities.

Manage the end-to-end cash application process.

Collaborate with finance operations partners to streamline credit, collection, and dispute management processes.

Lead and guide a team of Credit Controllers and Collection Specialists to execute global collection and dispute processes.

Perform Collection Specialist duties for large or complex accounts when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
-
Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting, finance, or credit control.

Experience in HVAC, construction, or heavy industry is preferred.

Strong managerial, analytical, and organizational skills.
-
Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English; professional and presentable.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel for financial data analysis, reporting, and trend identification.

Familiarity with credit control, debt collection laws, and regulations.

Experience with SAP is an advantage; CMA certification is a plus.

Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Capable of managing month-end closing, financial planning, and analysis.
