Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Travel Agent, based in Delhi, India. The Corporate Travel Agent will manage day-to-day responsibilities such as making travel arrangements, handling client reservations, coordinating car rentals, and ensuring high standards of customer service. The role also involves managing client inquiries, providing tailored travel solutions, and contributing to sales goals by offering exceptional travel recommendations.

Qualifications
• Strong skills in Reservations, Travel Arrangements, and Car Rental coordination
• Proven experience in Customer Service and a commitment to delivering quality client interactions
• Sales skills with the ability to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions
• Proficiency with travel booking systems and related software
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior experience in a travel agency or destination management company is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a relevant field preferred
