Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Clinic Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our medical clinic in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and prior experience managing clinic workflows, staff, and patient services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage clinic operations to ensure smooth daily functioning.
• Increasing the clinic revenue and achieving clinic revenue target monthly and yearly.
• Coordination with clinic insurance combines
• Oversee reception, nursing, and support staff to maintain high-quality service.
• Monitor patient flow, appointment scheduling, and ensure minimal waiting times.
• Handle staff schedules, attendance, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with doctors, management for operational needs.
• Ensure clinic cleanliness, equipment readiness, and stock management.
• Manage patient feedback, resolve issues, and ensure exceptional patient experience.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Support in marketing, promotions, and patient engagement activities, if required.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Clinic Supervisor or similar role in Sharjah/UAE.
• Strong knowledge of MOH policies, insurance procedures, and clinic operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and manage operational challenges independently.
• Proficient in MS Office and clinic management software.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
