Job Title: Project Manager

This is a highly coveted role for an experienced project manager who can lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in the execution of strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to drive projects from conceptualization to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans that align with business objectives
• Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication and relationship building
• Monitor and control project budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility and profitability
• Collaborate with team members to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. A Master’s degree or PMP certification is desirable.

Experience: Minimum 8 years of project management experience, preferably in the financial services industry. Familiarity with project management software and card technology is essential.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, and other project management tools; understanding of card regulations and security standards.
