Job Description – Campus Outreach Specialist

Location: Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi

Key Responsibilities

– Conduct Seminars: Organize and deliver seminars in colleges and schools to promote TransGlobe’s training programs.

– Edu Events Participation: Actively take part in education fairs, exhibitions, and campus drives.

– Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential corporate/ institutional partners for B2B sales.

– Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong ties with educational institutions, NGOs, and industry bodies.

– Sales Target Achievement: Meet monthly/quarterly revenue and enrollment targets.

– Reporting: Provide weekly activity reports and forecast pipeline opportunities.

Required Qualifications & Experience

– Prior experience (2‑3 years) in training institution marketing or education sector BDM role.

– Proven track record of conducting campus/ school seminars and participating in edu events.

– Robust communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi/Regional language).

– Self‑motivated, result‑oriented with good negotiation abilities.

– Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
