Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our outbound calling team. The role involves connecting with potential customers, explaining products/services, and driving successful conversions. Candidates with good communication, and a positive attitude .

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers from the given database.

Clearly explain product features, benefits, and offers.

Generate leads, take follow-ups, and convert warm prospects.

Maintain call logs, daily reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate (any stream).

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to handle high-volume calls.

Target-oriented, persuasive, and self-motivated personality.

Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.

Work Environment

Outbound calling process.

Friendly and supportive team.

Training provided for product knowledge and scripts.

Salary & Incentives
