Job Summary:
Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is seeking dedicated professionals from Jordan and Palestine to join our international missions. These full-time, fixed-term positions offer the chance to provide essential medical and humanitarian support in challenging environments. Candidates must be adaptable, resourceful, and willing to work in locations with limited resources. Fluency in Arabic and English is required, with French considered an asset. Assignments typically last 6 to 9 months, with international mobility required.

Key Responsibilities:

Non-Medical Roles:

• Human Resources (HR) management and support

• Financial oversight and reporting

• Administrative coordination and office management

• Logistics planning and operations (female candidates encouraged)

• Supply Chain Management and procurement (female applicants encouraged)

• Communication strategy and execution

• Humanitarian affairs and advocacy initiatives

Medical Roles:

• Providing care as General Practitioners

• Specialized medical services (Gynecology, Surgery, Anesthesia, Pediatrics, Psychiatry – high demand)

Paramedical Roles:

• Psychological support (female applicants encouraged)

• Pharmacy services

• Midwifery and maternal care

• Specialized nursing (IPC, OT, Pediatrics/Neonatal, Burn care – high demand; female candidates encouraged)

• Health promotion and education

• Epidemiology and disease surveillance

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Recognized diploma in relevant field

• 3–4 years of professional experience

• Proven experience managing teams

• Fluency in Arabic and English; French is an advantage

• Strong adaptability to humanitarian contexts and willingness to work internationally

• Ability to operate effectively with limited resources under challenging conditions
