Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders to facilitate mutual growth and success.
• Act as a liaison between the organization and clients, ensuring effective communication and coordination.

Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience in managing business relationships within the financial sector, particularly in insurance, home loans, business loans, or corporate loans.
• Strong understanding of financial products and market dynamics in New Delhi, Delhi, India.
• Ability to work onsite in New Delhi and maintain flexible work hours to accommodate business requirements and client needs.
• Proficiency in client management tools and CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data.
• Demonstrated success in the application of strategic planning processes to achieve business objectives.
• Confidence in negotiation techniques and processes to secure advantageous terms and agreements with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate complex concepts and build rapport.

Key Responsibilities:
• Foster productive and mutually beneficial relationships with existing and potential business clients in the region.
• Develop comprehensive plans to sell and market various financial products including insurance products, home loans, business loans, and corporate loans.
• Identify and leverage new business opportunities by understanding client objectives and aligning them with company goals.
• Utilize industry knowledge and insights to provide meaningful recommendations that drive client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Perform in-depth analysis of market trends and client feedback to inform the strategic direction of business initiatives.
• Ensure all client interactions uphold the company’s values and enhance its reputation in the industry.
• Regularly update management and stakeholders on the progress of relationships and any critical issues needing resolution.
