• *Responsibilities**:
• *Curriculum Development**:

– Design and develop comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and objectives.
– Create engaging learning materials, resources, and activities to enhance student understanding of business concepts.
• *Instruction Delivery**:

– Deliver dynamic and interactive classroom lectures, discussions, and presentations.
– Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
• *Assessment and Feedback**:

– Evaluate student performance through assessments, quizzes, exams, and projects.
– Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to support their academic growth and development.
• *Subject Expertise**:

– Demonstrate expertise in various areas of business studies, including but not limited to accounting, finance, marketing, entrepreneurship, and management.
– Stay updated on industry trends, current events, and advancements in business practices to enrich classroom discussions and content.
• *Student Support**:

– Provide academic guidance, mentorship, and support to students as they navigate their educational journey and career aspirations.
– Offer additional assistance to students who require extra help or clarification on course material.
• *Collaboration and Professional Development**:

– Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, resources, and instructional strategies.
– Engage in ongoing professional development activities to enhance teaching effectiveness and stay abreast of educational innovations.
• *Qualifications**:

– **Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in business courses.**:

– **Master’s degree or Doctorate/Ph.D. in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.**:

– Strong communication and presentation skills.

Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
