Job description
Position: Workshop Technician / Customer Service Assistant
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for an experienced Arabic-speaking technician who can handle both workshop tasks and customer communication.
Responsibilities:
• Perform accurate diagnostics on all types of vehicles.
• Move cars in and out of the workshop (must have a valid UAE driving license).
• Deal professionally with customers and explain issues clearly.
• Assist with basic repairs, inspections, and workshop flow.
• Keep the workspace organized and follow safety procedures.
• Support the supervisor with daily workshop operations.
Requirements:
• Must speak Arabic.
• Experience in automotive diagnostics (OBD, electrical, mechanical).
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Good communication skills with customers.
• Able to work under pressure in a busy workshop.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Skills
• Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics (OBD scanning, electrical tracing, fault finding).
• Ability to accurately identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Confident in test-driving and safely moving vehicles in and out of the workshop.
• Excellent customer communication skills with the ability to explain repairs clearly.
• Experience working with European cars (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Good time-management and multitasking skills.
• Professional attitude, reliability, and attention to detail.
