We’re Hiring: Auto Center Service Advisor

Location: Dubai
Employment Type: Full-Time
Languages Required: Arabic & English (Fluent – Written and Spoken)

Are you passionate about cars and customer service? We are looking for a bilingual, experienced Service Advisor to join our Auto Center team. You’ll be the link between our customers and technicians—providing excellent service, clear communication, and ensuring customer satisfaction from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and understand their vehicle service needs
• Accurately record customer concerns and vehicle issues
• Provide service recommendations, explain repairs, and prepare estimates
• Coordinate with technicians and ensure timely completion of work
• Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle any complaints professionally
• Maintain service records and follow up on pending services or parts
• Communicate clearly and effectively in Arabic and English

Requirements:
• Fluent in Arabic and English – both spoken and written (a must)
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role in the automotive industry
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair services
• Ability to explain technical issues in a simple, clear manner
• Computer literacy and experience with service management systems
