Job Summary
Assist the Operations Manager in making strategic decisions, managing daily operations, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in policy, planning, and strategy decision-making
• Manage outlet and Central Kitchen operations
• File legal documents and monitor regulatory compliance
• Plan for short and long-term goals, including expansions
• Identify and address company problems and opportunities
• Build alliances and partnerships
• Reduce operational costs
• Coordinate with delivery portals
• Improve customer experience
