Assistant Engineer / Engineer – Tendering (Power & Energy)

Job Description

DIMO Energy is currently seeking a dedicated Engineer to join our Technical Tendering team during an exciting period of growth. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our energy projects forward by bridging the gap between complex technical specifications and successful project delivery. You will work within a dynamic environment, handling high-impact tenders for HV, MV, and Renewable Energy sectors while collaborating with industry leaders like Siemens. Key Responsibilities

• Study and interpret tender specifications and employer’s requirements

• Prepare compliant technical proposals and tender submissions

• Identify suitable equipment and spare parts from supplier catalogues and manuals

• Coordinate with principals (including Siemens), utilities (CEB/LECO), and internal teams

• Support costing, documentation, and selected supply contract execution

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university

• 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates with strong interest may apply)

• Exposure to HV/MV systems, substations, switchgear, protection & control

• Interest in renewable energy or SCADA/digital solutions is an advantage

• Strong analytical, documentation, and coordination skills
