As an Amazon Fulfillment Specialist – Order Picking and Packing Expert, you will be a key part of the fulfillment process, ensuring that orders are picked, packed, and shipped to customers accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
• * Order Picking: Accurately locate and pick items from storage shelves in the fulfillment center, ensuring that all items are correctly chosen based on customer orders.
• * Packing Orders: Ensure each item is carefully packed into boxes, with attention to detail and appropriate packaging methods to guarantee safe delivery.
• * Inventory Management: Track and manage inventory levels to ensure that product stock is available and accurately recorded.
• * Quality Control: Perform quality checks on products to ensure that they are in good condition and match customer specifications.
• * Order Accuracy: Meet performance standards for speed, accuracy, and efficiency to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.
• * Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

• Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience:
• * Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment is a plus but not required.
• * Experience in packing, inventory management, or order fulfillment roles will be advantageous.
