We are seeking a committed Passenger Service Agent to support a smooth, efficient, and welcoming airport experience for travelers. In this role, you will manage end-to-end passenger handling activities, including check-in, boarding, and baggage services, while strictly adhering to safety regulations and delivering excellent customer care.
Key Responsibilities:

Complete passenger check-in processes accurately and within defined timelines.

Ensure check-in counters are fully prepared, operational, and compliant with safety and security requirements.

Carry out boarding procedures according to established guidelines, with special attention to crown class and passengers requiring assistance.

Make clear and timely announcements regarding flight schedules, boarding, and updates.

Process baggage check-in and transfers in line with operational time limits.

Handle baggage irregularities, including loss, delay, or damage, in accordance with airline agreements and procedures.

Prepare, verify, and maintain all required tags, forms, and travel documents.

Support passengers during flight delays by following standard protocols and providing accurate information.
