About Us
Apex Food Consultants is a growing F&B (Food and Beverage) consulting firm serving clients globally. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our Sharjah office. If you’re organized, proactive, and ready to grow with a dynamic team, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage day-to-day accounting activities using Tally
· Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
· Handle UAE VAT preparation and filing
· Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
· Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding payments and invoices
· Ensure compliance with UAE accounting regulations and company policies
· Support internal teams with administrative tasks such as scheduling, registration confirmations, emails, phone calls, and tracking bookings.
Language Requirements
· English – Expert level
· Malayalam – Expert level
· Hindi – Expert level
· Arabic – Desired
Operational Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting (Accredited degree)
· Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a similar accounting role
· Proficiency in Tally accounting software
· Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Valid UAE driving license is desirable, but not a strong requirement
