About the Role:
HNB Assurance PLC is looking for a motivated HR professional to join our team! This role mainly focuses on recruitment and employee engagement—helping us hire great people and keep them happy at work.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan and carry out activities to keep employees engaged and satisfied.
- Handle the full recruitment process—finding and hiring the right people.
- Help promote HNB Assurance as a great place to work.
- Work with managers to understand hiring needs.
- Collect employee feedback and improve their work experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree or qualification in HR or a similar field.
- 3–5 years of HR experience, ideally in insurance or finance.
- Good knowledge of hiring and employee engagement.
- Strong communication and people skills.
