Location: Katunayake (Sri Lanka) or Siem Reap (Cambodia)
Team: Marketing
Reports To: General Manager
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: USD 1,500 – USD 2,000

About the Job
We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and help us grow. You’ll be in charge of building our brand, running campaigns, managing a team, and finding new ways to reach travelers around the world.
You’ll help us grow from 1,000 monthly bookings to even more, making a bigger difference in every country we operate in.
What You’ll Do
- Create and lead marketing strategies across different countries
- Make sure our brand looks and sounds great everywhere
- Run online ads to attract more bookings
- Improve our search engine rankings
- Work with travel influencers and partners
- Share stories about the positive impact we make
What We’re Looking For
- Experience marketing to people in Europe, North America, or Australia
- Knowledge of digital ads (Google, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Good at SEO and using data to make decisions
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with influencers or affiliate marketing
- Passion for travel and helping local communities
- Familiarity with Sri Lanka or Cambodia is a plus
