The Role & Responsibilities

As a Sales & Marketing Executive at Pioneer International Campus, you will be at the forefront of driving student enrolment and expanding our reach across Sri Lanka. Your role is not just about achieving numbers but also about inspiring students and their families to make informed educational choices that shape their future.

Core Responsibilities

  • Student Recruitment and Sales
    Generate new leads through direct sales, consultations, and follow-ups. Convert inquiries into successful admissions while ensuring a smooth and supportive enrolment process.
  • Corporate Visits and Partnerships
    Conduct visits to schools, businesses, and community organizations to promote PIC’s programs. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to create long-term recruitment opportunities.
  • Marketing Campaign Support
    Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, both online and offline. Represent the campus at exhibitions, educational fairs, and seminars to engage with potential students.
  • Consultation and Guidance
    Provide prospective students with clear, accurate, and motivating information about courses, career paths, and institutional benefits. Help them align their educational goals with the programs we offer.
  • CRM and Reporting
    Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, follow-ups, and enrolments in the CRM system. Generate timely reports to track performance and ensure accountability in recruitment activities.
  • Target Achievement
    Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly recruitment goals while maintaining high ethical standards and providing quality service.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we are seeking individuals with a blend of educational background, professional skills, and personal attributes.

  • Educational Background
    A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field is preferred. Candidates with strong sales experience in other industries are also encouraged to apply.
  • Experience
    Prior experience in sales, marketing, or student recruitment will be an advantage. Experience in the education sector will be considered a significant plus.
  • Communication Skills
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala are essential. The ability to engage with students and parents in a clear and persuasive manner is critical.
  • Interpersonal Skills
    Strong people skills with the ability to build rapport quickly, listen actively, and handle objections effectively.
  • Tech-Savviness
    Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM systems will support success in this role. A willingness to adapt to new digital tools is expected.
  • Self-Motivation and Drive
    A goal-oriented mindset with the determination to meet and exceed targets. Resilience and persistence are key traits for this position.
