General Executive – Queen’s Hotel / Hotel Suisse, Kandy
The General Executive plays a pivotal role in managing and coordinating all administrative functions within the hotel. Acting as the central point for communication and operational support, this position ensures seamless coordination between departments, accurate tracking of performance metrics, and timely preparation of reports and documentation. The role demands a highly organized, discreet, and proactive individual proficient in MS Office and hospitality operations, committed to upholding the highest standards of efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to hotel management.
- Coordinate hotel activities, track KPIs, and monitor project progress.
- Prepare and consolidate reports, ensuring timely submission.
- Liaise with General Manager, department heads, and teams to support strategic initiatives.
- Organize agendas, minutes, and documentation for meetings, inspections, and reviews.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and SOPs.
- Assist with data analysis and presentation preparation.
- Manage confidential information with professionalism.
Candidates should possess:
- A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a similar capacity, in the hospitality or corporate sector.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and modern communication tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive, can-do attitude.
