The Role & Responsibilities

As an Executive – Business Support Services, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth business operations and exceptional customer experiences. This role combines backend management, customer support, and administrative coordination, requiring both technical know-how and a people-first approach.

Core Responsibilities:

Backend Operations and Platform Management

  • Manage the backend functions of the Infinity Gift Card System/App, ensuring that all features run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Monitor platform transactions and flag discrepancies promptly to maintain accuracy and security.

Customer Experience and Support

  • Assist users in navigating the platform, resolving technical issues, and answering product-related queries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide prompt responses to inquiries, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported.

Administrative and Business Support

  • Offer day-to-day operational support to the Business Support Services team, maintaining order and efficiency in workflows.
  • Prepare reports, update databases, and ensure the accuracy of records to support informed decision-making.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration

  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth business processes and timely project execution.
  • Support marketing and promotional campaigns linked to the gift card program by handling operational and administrative requirements.

Social Media and Brand Engagement

  • Develop and execute social media initiatives that enhance brand visibility and encourage stronger community interaction.
  • Contribute creative ideas for customer engagement while maintaining Infinity Gift Card’s innovative and customer-centric tone.

Qualifications

We are seeking a candidate with the right blend of technical skills, problem-solving ability, and customer-oriented mindset.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in business support, administration, or customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist both customers and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting, documentation, and presentation tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a customer-first approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in customer service, operations, or startup environments, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and applications.
