The Role & Responsibilities

As the Senior Executive – Customer Relationship & Sales, you will be responsible for both membership growth and building meaningful connections with clients. This position requires someone who can combine strong sales acumen with genuine care for people’s fitness journeys.

Core Responsibilities

  • Membership Sales: Proactively identify and convert leads into memberships by giving potential clients guided tours, explaining packages, and demonstrating the value of our facilities. Your role is not only to sell but also to inspire individuals to begin or continue their fitness journey.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop long-term relationships with members by understanding their goals, checking in on progress, and ensuring they feel valued. Building trust and rapport is key to member retention.
  • Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly membership sales goals and performance KPIs. You will be motivated by measurable results and the satisfaction of seeing the community grow.
  • Marketing and Event Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote campaigns and assist with on-site events designed to attract new members and showcase our facilities. Your input will help translate marketing ideas into real-world impact.
  • Competitor Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings. Sharing insights with management will help us maintain a competitive edge and continuously refine our services.
  • Administrative Duties: Keep precise records of sales activities using our CRM system. Preparing accurate reports for management ensures transparency and supports strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, ideally in fitness, leisure, or hospitality industries. You should have a proven ability to close deals and manage client relationships.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills that allow you to connect with diverse clientele. The ability to listen and understand client needs is as important as persuasive presentation.
  • Results-Oriented Approach: Self-driven and proactive in reaching sales targets, with a strong sense of accountability for your performance.
  • Passion for Fitness: Genuine enthusiasm for promoting health, fitness, and wellness. Your personal interest in this lifestyle helps inspire confidence and trust in potential members.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail when managing records, reporting, and scheduling.
  • Technical Competence: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software is highly desirable. These tools will support you in working efficiently.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate member needs and peak hours.

Working Hours

This role is designed for someone comfortable with flexible scheduling. You will primarily work on the afternoon shift, from 1.30 PM to 11.00 PM, including weekends and holidays when required.
