The Role & Responsibilities

As a Leasing & Loans Marketing Executive, you will be a vital part of our sales and client relationship team. Your role will not only involve meeting targets but also creating meaningful interactions that enhance customer trust and satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities

  • Acquiring New Customers: Proactively identify potential clients and introduce them to our leasing and loan products. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and increasing market penetration.
  • Managing Client Relationships: Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing customers by providing personalized support and solutions that align with their financial needs.
  • Promoting Leasing & Loan Products: Present and explain our financial products in a clear, professional, and engaging manner to ensure customers understand the benefits and make informed decisions.
  • Follow-up and Customer Engagement: Respond promptly to inquiries, follow up on leads, and ensure clients feel valued throughout their customer journey.
  • Collaboration with Teams and Sellers: Work closely with internal departments and external sellers to ensure smooth coordination of processes and seamless customer experiences.

This role is full-time, on-site, and based at our Colombo 08 headquarters, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.


Qualifications

We welcome applications from both fresh graduates and experienced sales and marketing professionals. While prior experience in financial services marketing is an added advantage, we value motivation, determination, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Qualifications

  • Educational Background: A diploma or degree in business, marketing, or finance will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
  • Sales & Marketing Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an asset, as it demonstrates your ability to communicate effectively and close deals.
  • Driving License: A valid motorcycle license with good driving skills is required, as the role may involve traveling to meet clients and partners.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala are essential to connect with a diverse customer base.
  • Adaptability: The ability to handle challenges with resilience and adapt to dynamic business environments.
