About the Job
We are looking for an energetic and outgoing Business Expansion Executive to help us find new locations for our business. If you enjoy traveling, meeting people, and making deals, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do
- Find new areas for opening branches or outlets.
- Visit and evaluate potential locations.
- Talk to landlords and agents to secure places.
- Negotiate lease and rental terms.
- Work with internal teams for approvals and paperwork.
- Keep records of site visits and deals.
- Share regular updates with the management team.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in real estate, leasing, or location scouting (preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently and manage many tasks.
- Willing to travel often.
- Must own a motorbike and have a valid license.
