The Role & Responsibilities
As an International Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for expanding Spa Ceylon’s footprint across global markets. This role combines strategic sales, client relationship management, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring our international partners receive unparalleled support.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage and Strengthen Relationships with International Partners
Build lasting partnerships with franchisees, distributors, and retail chains by offering consistent support, clear communication, and innovative business solutions. - Promote and Expand Product Portfolio Globally
Introduce new products to overseas markets and ensure that Spa Ceylon’s offerings are aligned with the unique needs of each region. - Handle Export Procedures and Documentation
Oversee the preparation of export documents, including invoicing, shipping instructions, and compliance requirements, ensuring smooth delivery to international clients. - Coordinate Order Management
Manage the full cycle of orders—from processing to payment collection—while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to company standards. - Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with production, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure that all international operations run smoothly and align with Spa Ceylon’s business objectives. - Support International Merchandising and Promotions
Provide day-to-day assistance to global partners, guiding them on merchandising strategies, advertising initiatives, and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications

- Educational Background
A degree in International Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred. A solid foundation in business principles will support success in export and sales operations. - Professional Experience
Prior experience in export sales, international trade, or global brand management will be a significant advantage. Experience in the wellness, cosmetics, or luxury retail industry will be especially valued. - Technical Proficiency
Strong command of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is essential for managing data, creating reports, and presenting strategies. - Language Skills
