Job Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-driven Embellishment Technical Executive to join our Quality Assurance & Technical team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring embellishment processes meet top-tier quality standards while supporting technical efficiency, supplier performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and enhance quality performance for all embellishment processes, including supplier monitoring and resolution of quality issues.
- Coordinate and lead improvement projects focused on quality, efficiency, and profitability.
- Drive compliance across QA and technical procedures—ensuring supplier sign-offs, evaluations, and audits are conducted effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and clients to align on quality and technical standards.
- Manage and support the Embellishment QA & Technical team, fostering a high-performance, quality-focused environment.
Qualifications:
Must-Have:
- Degree or Diploma in Clothing Technology, Pattern Making, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in garment embellishment, fabric technology, or garment dyeing.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and R&D within apparel manufacturing.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience working directly with international suppliers and fashion clients.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or process optimization tools.

Dear Sir
I am percy udaya.I worked MRC Embroidery as a designer from 2008 to 2019.In that period,worked at casual wear center ekala as a designer and sample coordinator. There was established MRC sample room with six head machine.
I worked as an embroidery and printing QC at Samson apparel before joining to MRC at our side factory.
My main task was correct all defect at the biginig embkishmet by visiting factories.
I am interesting work with brandix similar to my experience.
