Job Role
As a Call Center Representative, you will talk to customers, help them book hotels, solve their problems, and make sure they are happy with our service. You will answer calls and emails and handle any complaints.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in customer service
- Friendly and helpful attitude
- Good computer skills
- Clear communication in English
- Can work under pressure
- Travel or hotel industry experience is a plus
- Minimum qualification: Passed O/Ls or equivalent
