The Role & Responsibilities
As an Operations Associate, you will play a central role in ensuring that our programs run smoothly across schools, classrooms, and digital platforms. This role blends logistics, problem-solving, and collaboration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys managing details while contributing to a larger mission.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting Schools, Teachers, and Learners
You will be the first point of contact for many of our partners. This means ensuring schools, teachers, and students feel supported, whether they are navigating new digital tools or preparing for an upcoming classroom activity. Your ability to respond with empathy and clarity will help build long-lasting relationships.
Managing Orders, Logistics, and Trainings
From organizing learning materials to coordinating teacher training sessions, you will be responsible for keeping operations running without interruption. This includes monitoring supply chains, scheduling events, and troubleshooting logistical issues that arise. By maintaining these systems, you’ll ensure that classrooms experience seamless support.
Building Smarter, AI-Powered Workflows
At Tilli, we believe in working smarter, not harder. You will contribute to building AI-powered systems that help streamline routine tasks—such as tracking orders or managing communications—so the team can focus on high-impact initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to apply emerging technologies to real-world challenges in education.
Coordinating Across Teams
Our work is highly collaborative, and you will often act as a bridge between departments—supporting marketing with campaign logistics, assisting product teams with user feedback, or helping training teams prepare for workshops. Flexibility and adaptability will be key to your success in this role.
Jumping In Where Needed
Operations can be unpredictable, and no two days are the same. Sometimes you’ll find yourself helping troubleshoot a classroom activity, while other times you may be organizing internal projects. This variety keeps the role dynamic and provides you with the chance to learn across multiple areas.
