Job Title: Assistant Manager – ATM & Self-Service Channels
Department: Digital Banking
Location: Colombo
What We’re Looking For:
- 6–7 years of banking experience, with 4 years in ATM or self-service channels (like CRMs, CHDMs, kiosks)
- Good technical knowledge of ATM and self-service banking
- Understanding of banking rules like AML, KYC, and PCI DSS
- Experience in managing budgets and reducing costs for digital services
- Experience in handling projects and digital service rollouts
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of ATMs and self-service machines
- Monitor system performance 24/7
- Analyze customer usage and market trends
- Work with branches and vendors to improve services
- Help plan new self-service locations
