Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and organized Accounts Assistant to support both the finance and administrative functions of the company. The role involves handling basic accounting tasks, assisting with documentation, and supporting the day-to-day administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in recording daily expenses, petty cash handling, and data entry.
· Support in maintaining accurate financial records and filing documents.
· Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for payments and invoice processing.
· Help in preparing and maintaining monthly expense reports.
· Assist in handling office administrative tasks such as inventory tracking, utility payments, and coordination of office needs.
· Ensure timely submission of receipts, bills, and vouchers for approval.
· Maintain proper records for employee attendance, leaves, and HR documentation (if required).
· Support audit preparation by organizing relevant finance and admin documents.
Requirements:
· Part qualification in AAT, CMA, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
· 1-2 years of experience in accounts or administrative work.
· Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting software.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
· Good communication and coordination skills.
