Requirements:
- Strong design portfolio
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Creativity and visual storytelling ability
- Attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Ability to follow brand guidelines
- Experience with corporate or tech designs
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
- Ability to accept feedback and adapt designs
- Team collaboration skills
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 2+ years of design experience
- Familiarity with tech/software industry standards
- Strong layout and typography skills
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Basic knowledge of IFS brand style (preferred)
- Experience in motion graphics (optional)
- Understanding of digital and print formats
- Problem-solving mindset
- Strong communication skills
Job Duties:
- Create designs for marketing and branding
- Develop visuals for social media, websites, and campaigns
- Follow IFS branding and design guidelines
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams
- Prepare design drafts and revisions
- Deliver projects on deadline
- Ensure visual consistency across platforms
- Contribute to design ideas and planning
- Manage design assets and files
- Support multimedia content development
