Job Duties:
- Rotate through key departments for training
- Support senior managers with daily tasks
- Learn and apply business processes
- Attend internal workshops and evaluations
- Complete project-based assignments
- Assist in report preparation
- Analyze data and prepare insights
- Contribute ideas to improve operations
- Coordinate with various teams
- Provide administrative and strategic support
