Q Collection Pte Ltd is a well-known apparel manufacturing company, started in 1993 and based in Singapore. We focus on innovation, ethical practices, and sustainability. We have operations in Bangladesh and are now expanding to Sri Lanka and Morocco.
What You’ll Do
- Plan factory work to meet monthly targets.
- Share weekly and fixed production plans on time.
- Schedule all orders and production lines to meet customer delivery dates.
- Forecast any risks for the next month, including people, machines, materials, methods, and marketing.
- Confirm new orders quickly and accurately.
- Communicate factory capacity clearly and solve any overcapacity issues.
- Work to maintain 100% on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with other teams to ensure materials arrive on time.
- Inform the Marketing team of any delays or early deliveries.
- Do any other tasks given by management.
What You Need
- A degree in Industrial Engineering, Project/Operations Management, or a related field.
- Work experience in production planning or supply chain, especially in apparel/textiles.
- Must know how to use Fast React and ERP systems.
- Experience with project management tools.
