Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- MBA or relevant Master’s preferred
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or ACCA qualification
- 7+ years in financial leadership roles
- Expertise in financial planning and analysis
- Knowledge of IFRS and local tax laws
- Advanced Excel and ERP experience
- Strong command of English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in financial strategy
Job Duties:
- Oversee all financial operations and reporting
- Lead budget planning and cost control
- Ensure compliance with financial laws and policies
- Guide investment and risk management strategies
- Prepare financial forecasts and statements
- Coordinate with auditors and regulators
- Lead finance team performance and development
- Report directly to the CEO and board
- Drive profitability and operational efficiency
- Monitor financial KPIs and benchmarks
