About the Job

We are hiring a Guest Relations Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make sure guests are happy and well taken care of
  • Handle guest questions, requests, and complaints
  • Supervise front desk operations
  • Work with other teams to give guests a smooth experience
  • Train and lead the guest relations team

Requirements:

  • Experience in guest relations or customer service (hotel/hospitality preferred)
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Able to train and manage a team
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Must work on-site in Colombo
  • Hindi language skills are a plus
  • A degree in hospitality or business is a bonus
