Customer Experience & Guest Relations Manager
About the Job
We are hiring a Guest Relations Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make sure guests are happy and well taken care of
- Handle guest questions, requests, and complaints
- Supervise front desk operations
- Work with other teams to give guests a smooth experience
- Train and lead the guest relations team
Requirements:
- Experience in guest relations or customer service (hotel/hospitality preferred)
- Good communication and people skills
- Able to train and manage a team
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Must work on-site in Colombo
- Hindi language skills are a plus
- A degree in hospitality or business is a bonus
