About the Job:
MAS Matrix is a leading apparel factory that makes clothes for big global brands like Nike and Decathlon. We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented designer to support our seasonal design and material planning. You’ll work closely with the design manager and fabric team to research trends, create mood boards, develop fabric collections, and help present our design ideas.
What You’ll Do:
- Help plan and organize seasonal design and material calendars
- Do market and brand research and prepare presentations
- Create trend boards with fabric types, colors, and designs
- Work with the fabric, sourcing, and programming teams to develop seasonal collections
- Suggest ideas for fabric look, performance, and pricing
- Support handover meetings with technical and programming teams
- Prepare digital and physical marketing materials and product presentations
What You Need:
- Degree in Fashion Design or Product Development
- 3–4 years of experience in a similar role
- Skills in Adobe Suite, CLO, and APEX
- Good communication skills
