Housekeeping Manager – Shangri-La Sri Lanka
Join Us as a Housekeeping Manager!
We’re looking for a passionate and organized person to lead our housekeeping team and make sure our hotel stays clean, welcoming, and up to high standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and guide the housekeeping team.
- Make daily work plans and assign tasks.
- Check guest rooms and make sure they are clean and well-stocked.
- Keep up the quality of work and follow hotel policies.
- Build a strong, motivated team.
- Work closely with other staff and support smooth daily operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Housekeeping Manager or 2 years as a Supervisor in a hotel.
- Good knowledge of cleaning standards and guest room management.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluent in English and local language.
- Friendly, helpful attitude.
- Able to work flexible hours.
