Job Role:
As a Business Development Officer, you will:
- Find new business opportunities and customers
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients
- Promote the bank’s products and services
- Do market research, prepare proposals, and help close deals
- Work with other teams to keep customers happy and operations smooth
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, business development, and dealing with customers
- Skills in market research and proposal writing
- Knowledge about loans and savings is a plus
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to meet sales goals and handle pressure
- Banking experience is an advantage
- Fluent in English and Sinhala (Tamil is a bonus)
- Able to work alone and in a team
- Must be professional and well-mannered
